According to Hindustan Times, a video has surfaced online that shows the former skipper expertly making pani puri as teammates Rudra Pratap Singh and Piyush Chawla patiently wait to try it out.

NDTV reports that the snippet was most likely shot in the Maldives where Mahi took over from a staff member and began stuffing the golgappa. In the video, RP Singh can be seen thanking him with a bow after relishing the delicacy.
