How’s the josh after the first month of 2020? Are you still sticking to your new year resolution? Honestly, I am sure many people plan to start their fitness journey on the 1st of January. And why not? After all, new year is all about new me. While I hit the gym religiously in the first few weeks of the year, the motivation seems to be going down with each passing day.
So, if you’re like me and need to give up the extra butter (and cheese) pav bhaji, I have some great news for you. I have found the ultimate motivation video to help us eat healthily again. Recently, a twitter user shared a video of a rat scurrying around carrying a container of salad around subway tracks. The health-conscious rodent seems to be getting a work-out in while getting his bowl of the nutritious food.
