If you been living under a rock, Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently gave a rousing speech in the Rajya Sabha giving his party-members a lot of table-banging moments. While at it, he also took a lot of digs on Congress and its policies.
Now, while jabs were exchanged from both the fronts, it seemed like PM Modi had the last laugh when he snubbed Congress MP, Renuka Chaudhury and her hysterical laugh. Here’s proof. However, that is not why I am here.
This is about a tweet that the PMO India handle put out, to ensure quality healthcare for the poor. However, it didn’t come out the way it was intended.
I’ll tell you how.
Soon after the tussle in the RS, the tweet that quoted PM read,
Let us work together in providing the poor quality and affordable healthcare: PM @narendramodi https://t.co/1qKFcSzd6v
— PMO India (@PMOIndia) February 7, 2018
If your eye has missed it, whoever wrote it, missed a comma ‘,’ after ‘poor’ and before ‘quality’, hence changing the meaning of the statement. Completely.
Needless to say, Twitter didn’t waste any time in correcting the mistake. See for yourself.
1. ‘Not surprising.’
Poor quality and affordable healthcare?! Not surprising at all. #PakodaEffect #PakodaGormint

2. One even suggested firing the guy who wrote the tweet. Ummm.
Sack whoever wrote this tweet for you! Loool. Poor quality and affordable healthcare!!!!! No PM in the world makes such promises in their manifesto!
