There are plenty of couples around us that prove age is just a number when it comes to relationships and love. Earlier, an 81-year-old woman spoke about her marriage to a 36-year-old man. Now, actor Mugdha Godse (who worked in ‘Fashion’, ‘Jail’, ‘Will You Marry Me?’ and ‘Bezubaan Ishq’) shares what it is like to have a 14-year age difference with boyfriend Rahul Dev (who starred in ‘Champion’, ‘Asoka’ and ’88 Antop Hill’).
In a recent interview, she was quoted saying, “You do not decide it age hai. I do not look at it that way. Hum shopping nai karne jare hai, like red bag chahiye. You just know you fall in love and you realize it comes along with all these.”
She added, “Our relationship has created positive changes in both of us. I had no apprehensions at all about being with Rahul. Everything just fell in place. You don’t think when you fall in love… that’s why they use the word ‘fall’ I guess.”
According to Hindustan Times, Rahul’s wife Rina passed away in 2009 due to cancer. He met Mugdha at a friend’s wedding in 2013 and the couple made their relationship known in 2015. In an older interview, he said,
“There is an overall sense of well-being and happiness between us. Coming from the same profession, we both know what it entails and try and help each other progress.”
