A few years back, when Milind Soman and Ankita made their relationship public, people had a lot of (unsolicited) opinion regarding their age difference. However, Milind cleared the air and firmly said, “A relationship, it’s about both the people. And I don’t consider age at all for anything — whether its relationships, fitness or health or whatever.”
And so it seems that age doesn’t matter at all when it comes to love. Because an 81-year-old woman has found love in a 36-year-old man and the two are married!
This story is of Iris Jones (81) from Somerset and Mohamed Ahmed (36) from Egypt. The two met on Facebook in summer 2019 and soon fell in love, reports The Sun. In November 2019, iris flew to Cairo to meet Mohamed.
“I was very nervous but the moment I laid eyes on her I knew that it was true love. I’m a very lucky man to have found a woman like this,” Mohamed said.
And just a few hours after meeting each other, the two took their steamy love affair to bed…if you know what I mean.
Iris’ son, 54-year-old Stephen was dead against her affair and strongly disapproved of it. Iris, however, was adamant about her feelings for Mohamed. This led to her family being broken in two.
Currently, the two have been separated due to visa issues. Mohamed is in Cairo and Iris is in Somerset and misses him dearly, reports Mirror UK. She even takes to Facebook to post heart GIFs for her husband!
People had a lot to say about their 45-years age gap. Many around them claimed that Mohamed is only after her money, to which he replied, “IÂ do not want a nationality nor do I want money, I am comfortable like this and I work, praise be to God, with my money.
