Speaking of which, India’s Rana Singh and Pakistan’s Shahzaib Rindh fought against each other in the Karate Combat that was held recently. After an intense battle, Shahzaib Rindh defeated Rana Singh by 2-1. However, it was not Shahzaib’s wrestling that won people’s hearts but the gesture after his win.

After winning the match, the Pakistani athlete held the flags of both nations – India and Pakistan – and said that this match was for peace.
“This fight was for peace. We are not enemies, we are together. Together we can do anything. This fight is for Pakistan and India’s friendship and being closer,” he said.
Actor Salman Khan was also present during the event. Looking up at him, Shahzaib said, “I want to thank Salman Khan for coming here. He’s my superstar. I’ve been watching your movies since childhood. It’s been a pleasure to fight in front of you. Thank you.”
