To be honest, when we first saw the trailer for Luka Chuppi, we immediately had a smile on faces, even though the storyline seemed pretty clichéd.
The film starring Kartik Aaryan from the Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame and Kriti Sanon promises to be a family laugh-riot and tickle the bone while two small-towners figure out the concept of live-in relationship within a traditional and far more conservative society.
Hopes are up with this movie because Kartik Aaryan has already set the bar high with his previous back to back comedy blockbusters, and Kriti Sanon has also managed to bag quite the reputation of a quintessential but fun girl-next-door.
Also, the rest of the cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Vinay Pathak, and Atul Srivastava are quite what we imagine a full-blown desi comedy to consists of.
