Cuss words, especially Hindi cuss words are used by us to get the full feel and emotion in a situation. Mostly for us, they are used in emotionally heightened situations when “Fuckkk” just doesn’t cut it.
Our celebs are no exception, one, in particular, comes to mind when we think of cussing. Ya, I know you thought it too, our very own Indian cricket skipper.
Just a few days ago, during the South Africa vs India Day 2 of the 2nd test match, Kohli’s words to Murali Vijay were caught on the stump mic. Trying to buck up his teammate, he said,

“SHAAM TAK KHELENGE, G**ND PHAT JAYEGI.”
But if you thought that that was an isolated incident, you’re wrong. Because the batsman has once used some abusive Hindi words during a match.
In the same series, Virat Kohli while giving instructions to Ashwin decided again to use some very colourful language. The stump microphone caught him saying,
“G**nd phati hain BC daalo ek jaaga pe, chalo Ash.”
The thing to note is that the skipper wasn’t hurling abuses at anyone. He was simply giving the bowler directions. He was simply trying to motivate the men in blue but unfortunately for him, his words were caught on the stump mic.

While we understand that it is difficult to not flow with the emotion during stressful situations like these, especially if you have the pressure of an entire nation riding on your shoulders, we do understand that it is important to be under a little check if you’re on national TV.
