Cricket is not just a sport but an emotion, a religion in India. Its popularity today has reached the remotest of villages in the country. So much so that people of all ages prefer enjoying gully cricket in their spare time. And if anyone wants to witness the energy and enthusiasm of Indians for the sport, they should definitely book a seat at the stadium during an India-Pakistan match.
With winters on full swing and schools closing for the holidays, one can witness kids playing the sport at their muhalla or the nearest maidans. A video of some school kids enjoying the sport has surfaced on the internet and it’s garnering a lot of praises for all the right reasons. The video that was shared by a Twitter user who goes by the name @SudhaRamenIFS is extensively shared online.

At first, it might look like a regular day when kids in school uniform are playing cricket probably at their school ground. But it’s more than that. Among the many kids who are acing their strokes is a disabled boy, hastening between the wickets to finish his run, reported Times Now. The boy is seen passionately using his hands and knees (with the bat clutched in one hand) to score a run.
People on the internet are praising the boy’s determination, zeal and passion for the sport.
