Punjab Man Uses Desi Jugaad To Do Olympic Style Pole Vault; Watch Video

Our nation is brimming with talented people who just need a platform to showcase their brilliant skills. While many hardworking individuals achieve their dream of reaching a global platform, there are others who are yet be discovered.

And, in today’s age and time, all you need is talent and determination to achieve anything. Like this man from Punjab doing an Olympic level pole-vault without an actual pole. Now, if you didn’t know, pole vaulting is a track and field event where a person uses a long and flexible pole as a support to jump over a bar.

While it requires lots of practice and dedication to land perfectly while doing the pole-vault, this man from Punjab graciously lands using a desi style pole vault.

The 12-second clip shows the man running towards a ‘jugaadu’ pole made by attaching a cot on top of a ladder. Three people can be seen holding the makeshift pole as the man jumps to the other side like Superman.
