It’s Christmas Eve already! The tree has been decorated, the lights are up, carols have made it to the playlist, the smell of fresh vanilla cake has filled the apartment, and people are eagerly waiting for Santa. Indeed, it is the happiest time of the year!
The Christmas spirit has charmed everyone, including the deaf and mute community who are celebrating the festival in their own special way. According to a report by The Indian Express, Mariah Carey’s all-time Christmas hit song ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ is being mimed by people with hearing and speech impairment and interpreters.
Some used the American sign language, while some used Brazilian and Irish sign languages. From a group of oldies to kids, everybody is participating in this challenge and the videos are going viral online.
