Public indecency has seen a significant rise in recent times and there is no denying the fact. From people masturbating openly on roads and public vehicles to sexual acts being carried out openly, we have seen it all. It was just a few days back, that a couple in Mumbai was caught getting physical on the divider of a road, despite people passing by filming them on their phones.
And need we remind you of the pair who decided to go intimate openly on an airplane two days ago? We now have another video making rounds on social media.
In an incident that took place in Shaw, Greater Manchester, UK, a couple was caught having sex on a gravestone in broad daylight.
The gravestone was located in a direct open space which can be visible clearly from many houses in that area.
According to Metro, UK, It was Scott Elwood, a resident of the area, who spotted the couple when he was out to walk his dog.
“I would have been very angry. I couldn’t imagine what the family of whoever in the grave would think. A lot of children play on the church grounds playing hide and seek, manhunt and so on. Luckily there was no one there on the day but if there had been it would be awful.”
Much to Elwood’s surprise, the couple continued their bold act even after realising his presence. He went on to give the couple a piece of his mind on how they were damaging the gravestone but that too went in vain.
However, he recorded a video of the couple and handed it over to the police. The police went on to post it on social media in their bid to get to the guilty. And guess what? It worked. The man involved reached out to the post but without any hint of apology in him. Instead, he bragged about the 45 minutes time he went on with it. Speaking of the same, Elwood said,
“He bragged to me that he was doing it for 45 minutes – I just think he is an idiot, to be honest. It’s very disrespectful to do it on someone’s grave. It’s awful. If it had been someone’s grave that I knew, I would have reacted a lot differently.”
According to reports, the guy also asked Scott to ‘get a life’. While display of affection can be considered cute, doing it at the place of the dead, well is nowhere close to cute. Don’t you think?
