Lightning Strikes Wedding Just As Groom Jokes, ‘2020 Is Not A Good Year’; Watch Video

Skip 2020. From the pandemic to devastating fires, there are several reasons why people would want to ‘cancel’ this disastrous year. However, while most of us simply rant about it on social media, a man decided to mention ‘what a terrible year’ it was during his wedding vows. However, the groom was unaware that his statement would be backed by some thunderous proof.

Aaron Sawitsky was lovingly reading his vows for his wife Denice when he jokingly said, “Let’s face it, 2020 has not been the best year.” And as luck would have it, a large lightning bolt suddenly struck near their wedding ceremony in the USA at that very moment, reports Times Now.

The scary bolt on the lake was followed by a thunderous sound that left guests a little shaken. However, people couldn’t stop laughing over the uncanny coincidence. Thankfully, no one was injured.
