Indian mothers make tremendous sacrifices throughout their entire lives to take care of their families. Taking on the role of a caregiver, they put the needs of others before their own. Forget taking a vacation, they do not take the time out to take breaks in the middle of the day and constantly do things around the house to make the lives of their loved ones easier.
A man named Neil took to X to share a very special video of his mother taking her first proper break after 60 years. Vacationing in Himachal Pradesh’s Khoksar, she becomes a child again amidst the snow as she plays with it.
However, this vacation required “much convincing” as the woman was worried about her husband’s needs. Which is why, Neil seems to think that most Indian men do not deserve Indian women.
“Here’s my mum taking her first proper break after 60 long years, that too after much convincing because she was worried about my dad. I truly think most Indian men don’t deserve Indian women,” he wrote on X.

It took me decades to convince my Ma that she is also a human being & she can also enjoy sometimes & should not worry about members in her absence. Especially for food & other chores. I’m so happy that she learnt it slowly & enjoys small joys of life.
