People Are Turning Into Spider-Man In UK’s First Ever Upside Down House

Whenever you hear the words ‘upside down’, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? Is it a combination of synth-music, a girl with telekinetic powers and a group of kids fighting inter-dimensional monsters in Hawkins, Indiana?

Well, you’re right if you think about that. However, you’re also correct if your answer is a literal upturned house in Bournemouth, UK.

According to the Daily Mail, UK has opened its first ever Upside Down house. Tom Dirse, the CEO of Upside Down House UK, said that,

“I was approached by the man who is now my business partner about bringing an upside down house to Britain.”

“He was behind the attraction in Lithuania and after around nine months of work we’ve managed to get this one open in Bournemouth.”

Dirse said that it took around 11 days to construct the bizarre house and it will be open to the public till June 2019. That said, the reaction to this topsy-turvy installation has been immensely positive.

From the outside, the house looks to be standing on its roof. Inside, there are office rooms, a living space, a bedreoom and a bathroom. But the fun part of it is that everything is fixed into the ceiling. Or is that the floor?

The building really stands out, thanks to its vibrant colour combination of vibrant pink and dark green roof. And people can’t stop themselves for clicking pictures inside and outside the house.
