Why Is The Shower So Low? This Tourist Has The Most Hilarious Bathroom Experience In Vietnam

Tourist reviews can be pretty interesting to read especially when they give us an insight into the beauty and culture of a certain place. However, today we are here with the comical narration of a tourist, who chose to talk about the bathroom showers instead. And trust me, it’s worth a read.

Though Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has been treating him pretty well, Hamish Carruthers took to Facebook to reveal the one complain he has about the place. And out of all the things, the showers in the Vietnamese bathrooms has been ruining his party.

According to Hamish, he has stayed in two different hotels in his time at the place but the showers seem to be extremely low. To add to his troubles, the fact that it asks one to hold the button pressed to keep the water flowing is a bit too much.

Tagging a picture along with his Facebook post, he asked people to share their views on the matter.

Alright guys, i've been in Hanoi almost a week now and i'm loving. My only complaint is the showers. Im all for saving…

“Alright guys, I’ve been in Hanoi almost a week now and i’m loving. My only complaint is the showers. I’m all for saving water but having to hold your finger on the button to keep the water flowing seems a bit extreme. The cold temperature doesn’t bother me too much but why are they so low? You have to bend down to wash your head. Vietnamese people aren’t that short… I’ve tried 2 different hostels now and they both have this style of shower, what are other peoples opinions on the Vietnamese shower?”

I guess you have already figured out where this guy went wrong.Yes, he actually took the bidet shower which is used to clean up after doing one’s business (popular across South East Asia but probably unheard of in his native country), to be the one meant for bathing. Needless to say, he was gifted with the trolling of his life.

Oops! That was a major boo-boo! 😛
