The ‘genius’ Congress workers in Kovvuru town of Andhra stuffed live pigeons inside fire crackers and set it alight hoping that…wait for it…the pigeons would fly off once the rockets burst. The fools were trying to impress the state’s Congress chief N Raghuveera Reddy.
