Marriages can be tough. It often becomes more than just the union between the individuals involved. We’ve all heard those nightmare stories of what happens when the families clash or God forbid if your better half’s family does not like you. All this on top of the constant effort you have to put in to make it work with your spouse.
Same goes for relationships not as serious as a marriage as well. Especially in today’s time, maintaining a relationship for long seems to be a lot tougher than before.
However, while you and I have difficulty even finding someone, forget holding onto them, Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho is apparently doing it two times over.
According to NDTV, Ronaldinho will tie the knot with two women at the same time. The ceremony is said to take place sometime in August.
The two women, Priscilla Coelho and Beatriz Souza, have been living harmoniously’ with the former Barcelona star since December, reports the Sun UK.
They also state that Ronaldinho is apparently adept at polygamy and that he started dating Beatriz in 2016 while continuing his relationship with Priscilla, which began several years earlier.
Times Of India reports that the footballer gifts both his fiances identical gifts at the same time. Evidently, he also gives them both an allowance of almost ₹1.5 lakh each, to spend as they choose.
The 38-year-old even bought both the women the same perfume during a trip abroad together recently.
If reports are to be believed, the star’s sister Deisi is against her brother’s polygamy and has already said she won’t be attending the wedding.
Times Of India quotes Brazil’s O’Dia newspaper as having reported:
“He will marry the two women at a private ceremony inside the Santa Monica condominium, in the posh Barra da Tijuca district in Rio where he has lived since 2015.
During the Rio carnival this year, Ronaldinho hired a VIP box in the sambadrome to watch the processions and took both women.”
As per sources, many celebrities, including Brazilian singer Jorge Vercillo, who is Ronaldinho’s neighbour, have confirmed their presence at the wedding.
