There’s art in everything.
Art allows our imagination to come out into the physical world and that’s what Natalie Siderserf is doing, albeit on her baking table. This American artist is a cake expert who makes extremely realistic cakes. One of her star creations is a bust of Mike Ehrmantraut from Breaking Bad which is too life like to be true. As a Breaking Bad fan, this is probably the craziest edible thing I’ve ever seen. Explaining her process she says,
“The inside is made of layers of vanilla cake and swiss buttercream. Once carved, the entire cake is covered in a layer of chocolate ganache and a final layer of modeling chocolate to sculpt the details.”
