In the world of cutthroat competition, chances are pretty darn high that your CV might get lost in the pool of resumes lying in the HR’s inbox. So, graduates try their hand at making their first impression count by trying different formats of their curriculum vitae.
From Lego CV to designer bars, the latest fad in the CV world is the rapped CV. Well, a newly-graduated New Yorker, Dawayne Kirkland rapped his entire CV to Kendrick Lamar’s DNA and we must admit, it’s killer!
While applying for an internship at the digital agency Vayner Media, Dawayne made a super-cool CV. His rap is so on point and we are digging that ‘I want this job’ tee.

He managed to impress the CEO of VaynerMedia, Gary Vaynerchuk, who RT-ed the CV.
And when someone put in a good word for the kid, Gary told all that he already has an interview lined up for October 9.

Whether or not he got the job, is not yet known. But he surely caught the attention of the right people.
But, he isn’t the first one to do a rap-CV. Oliver Age 24 did it for Bossa Studios and got the job.
