Man Creates Lego CV And You’ll Want To Tear The Piece Of Paper You’ve Written Yours On

Am I the only one who finds it a herculean task when somebody says, “Update your CV and send it to me.” Editing and formatting the entire thing is such a backbreakingly boring that I almost don’t do it till I absolutely have to.

But Andy Morris, a Welsh interior designer created a tiny Lego version of himself in order to outshine the other candidates in the rat race for his dream job.

Applying to marketing and advertising companies, Andy decided to market himself in the best possible way while including his lifelong fanaticism of Legos.

According to a Mirror article, he said,

“Applying for jobs is a boring process that involves mountains of paperwork. It’s not only tedious for the applicant but can also bore the employer. I mainly wanted to do something that would make me stand out.”

Andy was working at a finance company with a well-paying job, which he quit to follow his dreams of joining the advertising industry.

The 34-year-old spent two months going into every detail to make the figurine look as close to him as possible. From his stubble to his flat cap and tiny bomber jacket, the Lego figure replicates it’s creator almost to the T.

The figure is seen holding a laptop in one hand and a custom printed CV in the other.

Doesn’t this make you want to tear up your dull and monotonous résumé and give it a makeover?
