In this disturbing video, Udaipur police is seen mercilessly thrashing a mentally challenged person until he bleeds. If that wasn’t enough, his hands and legs were tied, he was gagged and made to crawl.
This video needs to be seen by everyone because such inhuman behaviour can’t go unpunished. This video needs to reach Director General of Police, Rajasthan so that action against the policemen are taken.
