Following all social distancing norms is a must during the current COVID-19 pandemic. But a lot of people are finding ways to resume doing the things they love without breaking the 6 feet distance rule. Whether it is a masked couple salsa dancing using ropes in order to maintain social distancing or the UK neighbors who created a ‘social distancing’ bar to share drinks together, people’s creativity of working around the rules followed during the pandemic is mind-boggling.
As per a report in Daily Mail, recently in Poland, a bunch of motorsports fans took the rules of social distancing to a new level, quite literally. In an ingenious ploy to watch a speedway motorbike race live at Stadion Zuzlowy, they rented 21 cranes in order to abide by social distancing rules. Check out the photos below:-

Here’s how the breathtaking view looked like from the top, in case you’re wondering:-

The stadium, which otherwise has a capacity of 13,000, was giving out tickets for only a quarter of the total seats amidst coronavirus. So fans took matters into their own hands in a bid to support their favorite team and erected these cranes.
The shortest crane was 20 meters off the ground and they held around 2-4 people each. The fans can be seen chanting in unison and letting off flares to enjoy the race to the fullest.
I’m sure this is bound to give any sports fan goosebumps. What did you think of this extraordinary way in which fans supported their favorite teams?
