Mira Rajput Pens Heartfelt Note Applauding Kids For Staying Indoors Amid Lockdown

Coronavirus and the ensuing lockdown has impacted almost every person in the virus-hit countries. But while we collectively fight against an invisible enemy, one must also pay heed to its consequences on the young minds. We all know children and the elderly are among the most severely impacted victims. Hence, they are strictly told to stay indoors until the situation is under control.

Therefore, to give a shout out to all the kids adhering to the norms, Mira Rajput, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor and mother of two kids, Misha and Zain took to social media.

In a heartfelt note, she said that everyone is applauding everyone except their kids who have been staying indoors amid the lockdown, reports Times Of India.

Taking to IG, she wrote:

Mira, who has been spending her quarantine with her family, also urged people to ‘Love them. Hug them. Ask them how they feel and let them cry if they’re not okay.’

Mira rightly pointed out that it is important to cater to the kids’ emotional needs at such difficult times. Don’t forget to spend time with them and give them some beautiful memories.
