IndiGo Air Hostess Providing First Aid To Passenger Shows How We Need Them During Emergencies

There have been several instances in the past where cabin crew members on a flight are disrespected and humiliated by passengers at the slightest inconvenience. They are often treated as servants who are bound to fulfil every wish and demand of entitled passengers. The recent case of an IndiGo air hostess confronting a passenger over their disrespectful behavior towards another cabin crew member is proof.

However, it is during emergencies during a flight that passengers realise the importance of the cabin crew members. For example, a passenger on a Doha-Delhi IndiGo flight recorded and shared a video online wherein an air hostess is seen calmly providing first aid to a passenger after he hurt himself, reported News18.
