Here’s a question for you guys – What would you do if you received a BMW as a gift? Faint with shock, jump with joy, pinch yourself or scream thank you, thank you, thank you? All of the above, right? Your reaction would elicit pure euphoria because there is no way anyone could possibly be unhappy about such a present. Or not.
A youth from Yamunanagar, Haryana, got a BMW from his parents. But he was annoyed that they hadn’t gifted him a Jaguar as he requested, so he pushed the vehicle in a local river.

According to News18, the ill-tempered youth is the son of a landlord in the area and the estimated cost of the car is around Rs.35 lacs. The car didn’t drown completely as it got stuck in the middle of the river. Residents of the area got together and retrieved the car later. The local police have filed a case after getting appraised of the incident. DNA India quoted an officer saying,
“When the youth was plunging the high-end BMW car into the river, he also made a video and put it on social media.”
This isn’t the first time anger has caused people to do foolish and even bizarre things. Earlier, there were reports of a Chinese woman climbing on the roof of a car after an argument with her husband. She was miffed by the fact that he had ignored her. Closer home, a Gujarati farmer sought revenge from a snake that bit him by biting him back!
It is safe to say that anger affects decision-making abilities, don’t you think?
