Say what you may, but there is no denying the fact that the soap opera ‘Sasuraal Simar Ka‘ had become a joke of Indian television. The show, which first aired in 2011, become instantly popular because of the slightly realistic scenario it portrayed. But pretty soon, characters started becoming flies, supernatural forces acted up and well, the show was finally taken off air.
Nonetheless, the actors Dipika Kakar, who played Simar, and Shoaib Ibrahim, who played Prem, gathered quick fame and they charmed the audience with their on-screen chemistry. Turn out, the chemistry wasn’t just on-screen, though.
One of the favourite television couples, Dipika and Shoaib, is set to tie the knot on 26th February. They are in Shoaib’s hometown Bhopal for the functions and the photos are adorable.
A filmy pre-wedding photoshoot and a dreamy haldi function have taken place so far and we can’t stop smiling!
They had their own Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge shoot too. Co-actor Falaq Naaz is also a part of the celebration and she is kind enough to share the wedding fun with all of us.

It seems like we’re all living in a time when everyone we know is getting married. And although marriage is scary, it is so heart-warming to see all these happy couples tying the knot and beginning their lives together. We can’t wait to see more pictures from yet another star couple’s wedding.
