No More Turning Into Flies, No More Devil Babies, Sasural Simar Ka To Go Off Air Soon!

A famous philosopher once laid down the thumb rule of the working of literally everything in this Universe. “Everything that has a start, will have an end,” the wise man had surmised. And this axiom is going to soon come true for India’s favourite daily soap, Sasuraal Simar Ka. bye bye simar

Reports say that the daily soap has been constantly losing TRPs and no strategy to make it work has yielded success. The show even lost its primetime TV slot of 7:30 pm, and was relegated to 6 pm. bye bye simar

In two months’ time, Sasuraal Simar Ka will bid goodbye to Simar, her sister, and all their weird-ass gimmicks which they had employed to stay put in the family. This means, no more ichhadhari naagins, no more bahus turning into houseflies, no more devil’s spawns. The show had also introduced a forward leap in timeline, but even that did not yield good ratings.

Actors of the show had refused to portray older roles, and Varun Sharma from the show said that he has no idea about the show going off air.

Other shows in the same genre also aren’t generally doing well, and other shows, including the next season of Bigg Boss, are expected to take over, to increase Colors channel’s TRPs.

I’d say that “All good things come to an end,” but I’ll pass! 😛
