After Waiting For An Hour, Delhi Man Celebrates Delivery Guy’s Arrival With Aarti Ki Thali

The minute after my food delivery order is placed on an app, I desperately wait for my package to arrive. Even if the estimated time of arrival shows 30 minutes, it feels like an hour! However, some food orders often take more than an hour for delivery in case of traffic or heavy demand. ‘Hangry’ customers patiently (or impatiently) wait for the delivery executive to arrive.

But one man in Delhi named Sanjeev Kumar celebrated the arrival of his food delivery executive with an aarti ki thali and put a tika on his forehead while singing ‘Aiye Aapka Intezar Tha’.

It took the executive an hour to deliver the food because he was stuck in the infamous Delhi traffic.

Mr Kumar took to Instagram to post a video of the adorable incident. Honestly, at a time when many customers harass delivery executives for arriving late, this comes as a breath of fresh air!

People were all hearts over the video! Some even loved how the delivery guy took off his helmet so that Mr Kumar could apply a tika on his forehead!

I would be this happy too after patiently waiting for my food to arrive! 😀
