Bengaluru Cops Train Indie Pup Pooja For Canine Unit, Twitter Questions Training Method

While breeds like Labradors and German Shepards make for great army and police dogs, Indie dogs are also amazing guard dogs. This is the reason why Uttarakhand police have inducted them into the force. In fact, Indie dogs are considered an asset by many others as well.

Recently, the Bengaluru Police adopted stray dogs to make them a part of the department’s canine unit, reports News18. As an experiment, the police force in Karnataka will train the Indie dogs before recruiting them in their unit.

This initiative will not only benefit the police but will also help the stray dogs who are often harassed and tortured on streets, reports Indian Express. The official handle of Bengaluru city police also shared some videos on how they plan to execute the plan.
