Imagine you just won the lottery! Isn’t that a great feeling? While many of us work our ass-off daily to earn a livelihood, winning a huge amount of cash prize can be a pleasant surprise. And, in some cases, it’s a much-needed win.
However, you need some seriously good luck to win the odds. Recently, a one-year-old Indian baby boy from Kerala won a jackpot of USD 1 million (approximately Rs.7 crore), reports India Today. Ramees Rahman, who resides in Abu Dhabi, had bought the lucky ticket under his son Mohammad Salah’s name, reports Hindustan Times.
The boy’s father has been participating in the Dubai Duty-Free promotions for a year now. This year he bought the winning ticket number 1319 online in Series 323 under his son’s name as he considers him to be lucky.
“I am positive there is a bright future for my son. His life is starting out on a very positive note. I feel blessed and thank the stars for this delightful moment in our lives,” Ramees was quoted saying by NDTV.
Three other people won a luxury vehicle in the lucky draw. Reportedly, many Indians have previously won lotteries in the UAE. Well, all we can say is lucky them and congratulations!
