Cricketers under-pressure or in over-excitement end up doing things on the field that become memes. Be it Tabraiz Shamsi’s magic trick in wicket’s celebration or Ravichandran Ashwin dismissing Jos Butler by ‘mankading‘ him in IPL, cricketers and their antics sometimes become really entertaining.
The latest case in point is Azam Khan’s inverted bat technique to save a run-out in Pakistan Super League (PSL). Azam scored 46 runs for Quetta Gladiators and helped them beat Karachi Kings at the National Stadium in Karachi. But what caught attention was his bizarre technique to save his wicket.
