A new day, a new hashtag. Everyday, Twitter-verse finds a new trend, and the feeds follow. Yesterday, Twitter was strewn with saree pics of various celebrities under the trend #SareeTwitter. The trend called out to all the ladies, to share the photo who’ve worn a saree and felt the elegance and beauty of the tradition.
Several personalities, including Sonam Kapoor, Yami Gautam, and Gul Panag took to the micro-blogging site to post their #SareeSwag.

And soon, the posts with women posting and boasting their saree moments flooded the micro-blogging site. But the real gem arrived when actor, Ayushmann Khurrana posted his photo in the trend. He donned a blue saree over a white t-shirt and Hawaii slippers, from the set of his upcoming movie, Dream Girl. His unexpected and hilarious picture is certainly winning the Internet.
