In the final match against France at the FIFA World Cup 2022, Lionel Messi scored 2 goals that lead the team to a penalty shootout where he scored another one resulting in Argentina finally lifting the trophy.

As the world rejoiced Argentina’s victory, desis also took to the streets to show their happiness. And since the people in blue and white striped jerseys celebrated the historic moment, people were reminded of the time when Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was seen in a similar-looking jersey to that of Argentina’s.
In his movie ‘Housefull 3’, Kumar played the character of an ace footballer, spinning the ball on his fingers and dogging his opponents on the field like a pro.
