But seems like the champ is on a roll and isn’t stopping any sooner. This time around, the proficient swimmer has broken a national swimming record. Vedaant recently participated in the 48th Junior National Aquatic Championships. In this competition, he not only bagged the gold medal in the 1500m freestyle event but also broke a national junior record, reported News18.
An elated and proud father, R. Madhavan took to social media and shared a video of his son swimming like a fish and breaking the record of the Madhya Pradesh-based swimmer Advait Page.
“Around 16 minutes, he has broken Advait Page’s record at the 780m mark. I did not expect him to do it but he picked up his pace beautifully,” the commentator can be heard saying.
