Maharashtra, the birthplace of the quintessential street food, vada pav, houses scores of outlets that offer the snack with a unique twist. While some like to have the ‘Bombay Burger’ with dry peanut chutney and roasted green chillies, others like their vada pav baked with oodles of ketchup and cheese.
But this makeshift joint in Gujarat gave an icy-cold makeover to the savoury dish and came up with ‘Ice cream Pav.’ In a video shared online, a person can be seen replacing the crispy, spicy aloo patty with sugar syrup and vanilla ice cream.

To be precise, he uses the syrups used in an ice gola on a pav then stuffs it with a scoop of ice cream. If that wasn’t enough, he garnishes it with some multi-coloured cubes of tutti-frutti.
