Barack Obama is everyone’s favourite leader. While he may have served his tenure and left the regime with sheer respect, he still remains successful in making a huge impact in people’s life. His latest tweet proves the above mentioned.
With more than 2.8 million likes, Obama’s recent tweet is the most liked ‘tweet’ in the history of Twitter.
"No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion…" pic.twitter.com/InZ58zkoAm
— Barack Obama (@BarackObama) August 13, 2017
The tweet is the first of the three tweets posted by Obama. The tweet thread is a quote picked up from Nelson Mendella’s autobiography, ‘Long Walk To Freedom.’ It was, however, the first one which was the most liked!
Here are the other two tweets from the same internet breaking thread:
"People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love…"
— Barack Obama (@BarackObama) August 13, 2017
"…For love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite." – Nelson Mandela

Obama’s tweet was an optimistic message to the people in relation to the whole violent massacre that took place in Charlottesville. The issue started because of an enraged conflict between the white supremacists and counter-demonstrators.
Moreover, Donald Trump’s reaction on the whole matter left people completely furious. This is what he tweeted:
Made additional remarks on Charlottesville and realize once again that the #Fake News Media will never be satisfied…truly bad people!

On the other hand, Obama’s tweet struck a chord with a lot of hearts. Have a look at some of the responses that the viral tweet has been getting:

5. A big thank you!
Thank you for helping me to see some humanity in the midst of all of the inhumane rhetoric.
