This Woman Is Suing Zara After She Found A Dead Rat Sewn In Her Dress. Yuck!

People these days have been obsessed with all things organic. Organic milk, organic sugar, organic vegetables and organic tea! However, this clothing manufacturer stretched the definition of organic maybe a little too far.

Cailey Fiesel, a woman from Greenwich in the United States, found a dead rat sewn into a dress that she purchased at Zara.

 

Cailey wore the dress to work and soon started to get a terrible smell. 

 

After a while, she noticed what looked like a little string from her dress rubbing against her leg. However, when she went touch it she realised it was no string but a rat’s leg! A DEAD rat’s leg!

There was an actual, 100% real, dead carcas of a rodent sewn into the dress!!!

 

Ms Fiesel is obviously suing Zara for such blatant negligence and lack of oversight. Zara has said they will “investigate the matter further.”

 

For a long time, my only response to shopping at Zara is going to be:

Just because it comes from nature doesn’t mean you sew it into your clothing to brand it as organic! 😛
