Some people are born talented. They are flexible, have high concentration and can keep fit by doing yoga regularly. And then there are other unfortunate people that in spite of their efforts cannot get the trick of a doing a perfect ‘aasan.’ They might listen to the tutorials, get inspired by the motivational posters and put their favourite yoga pants on, but when it comes to doing the actual work, they are awfully bad.
So here are some cheat codes shared by NDTV Goodtimes on how to do yoga like a pro.
1. Why didn’t anyone tell me to do that before?
2. Wait. Did anyone say Nutella?
3. Statutory Warning: This ‘aasan’ is not valid for people suffering from ‘forever alone’ syndrome
4. Props required: Chappals (preferably slip-ons)
5. And everybody’s favorite
So don’t be afraid of yoga anymore. Get some Nutella, chappals and a girlfriend and you are good to go!
