While people try out this risky stuff only under the surveillance of professionals, you never know how and when things would turn upside down!
A similar case happened at a Bengaluru bar recently. A 28-year-old woman visited a bar on Residency Road on Friday. As she ordered food and drinks, the bartender over there offered her complimentary fire shots.
While trying the flaming shots, the woman reportedly suffered partial burns on her face and neck. She filed a complaint against the bar staff for negligence at Ashoknagar police, reported The New Indian Express.
Narrating the horrific experience, the woman told TNIE that every customer was given a free fire shot that night at the particular bar. Unaware of what it was, the woman asked the bartender about the fire shot. As he explained to her about the flaming shot, he held the drink up to her to hand it over so that she could try it.
As soon as she went on to try the drink, her face and neck sustained serious burn injuries. The woman alleged that she somehow managed to make a call to her friends and reached a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to the police, the bar staff has denied the woman’s allegations. They told the police that the woman had voluntarily ordered fire shots and the ignited flaming drink fell on her as she did not hold the glass properly.
A piece of proper knowledge about the cool but dangerous stuff you wish to try is, hence, necessary. Risking your life just to try out fancy things makes no sense, no matter what! Beware and be well prepared with the do’s and don’ts of the risky things you gonna try. Be safe.
