Exasperated Husband Shares Funny Post On “Jurrasic-Sized Trees” His Wife Bought Home

Marriages are all about accepting our partners as they are, including all of their flaws and quirks. Just like how Australian parenting blogger Brad Kearns tolerates his wife Sarah’s obsession with house plants. Recently though, he shared an exasperated yet hilarious post on how she went a bit too far.

NZ Herald quoted him saying, “Does anyone else’s wife have an issue with getting plants that are a REASONABLE F**KING SIZE for the house? I should have known when she asked me to ‘help lift the plants up the stairs’. I opened the front door to not one but two f**king Jurassic-sized trees. She said they were for our bedroom … It’s getting ridiculous.”

According to Mail Online, less than 24 hours later, when several social media users pointed out how the palm trees could potentially house spiders, she requested that the plants be shifted to the outdoor balcony.

He shared a picture of the “balconforest” saying, “At 11 pm she decided she couldn’t sleep and ‘we’ needed to move them outside and call the pest man due to the newfound safety risk to ‘us’. She makes choices like a gambler with a pocket full of mortgage payments.”
