Earlier, people with mental health issues were regarded as ‘crazy’ or ‘mad’ and episodes as ‘overreaction’. For the longest time, visiting a therapist was a taboo. Thankfully, nowadays people are opening more about their mental health issues as stirring awareness surrounding depression and anxiety. However, there is a long way to go.
