Do you feel tired all the time?
Does the very thought of exercise make you lethargic?
Does gym membership feel like a paid excuse to torture your body to you?
If the answers to the above questions are yes, do we have some good news for you!
David Lloyd Leisure, a British health and fitness company that houses various gyms across Europe has introduced a 60-minute class called ‘Nap-ercise’. The class is meant for adults who don’t get enough sleep.

The gym will provide each participant with a bed, blanket and eye mask. The class will start and end with stress-releasing exercises and will provide a 45-minute uninterrupted nap at an ideal temperature.

According to David Lloyd, the workout has been designed to ‘reinvigorate the mind, improve moods and even burn the odd calorie’. They will run trial classes this weekend at one of their gyms in Sidcup, London and if successful, will start the program across the UK.

Sounds like a plan to me!

Finally a gym I can attend.
