A 3 Week Old Baby Elephant Was Saved With The Efforts Of These Compassionate Truck Drivers

In some part of the world, there are people who kill animals and make money off their body parts. While in the other parts, we see compassionate people coming forward to help animals and take care of them without any ulterior motives.

This story is based in Botswana, South Africa. Some truck drivers were waiting on the road when a baby elephant came out of the bushes.

They saw that the elephant was very thirsty and offered him some water from their own bottle. It was less than 3 weeks old.

They searched for its herd but they could not spot any elephants nearby.

The baby is in a sensitive state but she will recover soon. How many of us would have made sure that the baby elephant reached to safety? Elephants are poached for their tusks and their numbers are decreasing. In such times, people like these serve as a beacon of light.
