Have I ever told you that the Internet is a goldmine when it comes to things you probably thought you’d never see? Of course, it happens in the real world, but we’d probably never know of it if it weren’t for the virtual world.
Sample this, for example, a thief, in his failed attempt to break-in and rob a restaurant ends up getting stuck in the ventilator. You think I’m exaggerating?Â
Would you believe if the West Midlands police in Birmingham, England said so? Or rather tweeted so?Â
Here's what we found when we were called to a burglary in progress today. https://t.co/2546WlYOLE pic.twitter.com/QvdXTj8Nuv

I told ya!
Well, according to NDTV, the burglar attempted the trick in the early hours of the morning but he had to skip his intentions of looting when he got stuck in the exhaust shaft. And that’s not even the worst part.
He actually ended up getting stuck for as long as seven hours before the local cops, with the fire brigade’s help, freed him.
Needless to say, the internet had a lot of reactions!Â
1. While one had sympathy for him…

2. The other suggested something really pe(e)nalising.
Take his socks off and tickle his feet until he pees… the pee will drip down towards his face.

3. I second that!
Haha this has go to win some kind of competition somewhere! 😂

5. Ummm. OKAY.
That’s great. I wanna be in the court when that photo is produced as evidence.

Now, what did I tell you again? The internet, it’s rather baffling, if you ask me. No?
