The nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus is causing inconvenience to people around the country. Though the government is keeping its best foot forward to ensure an uninterrupted supply of essential commodities for citizens, pet owners are struggling to purchase medications for their domesticated animals. Many pet parents have been struggling to fetch dog food and medicines for their canines.

One of them is Mumbai Indians batsman, Suryakumar Yadav. The 29-year-old cricketer is finding it difficult to arrange a medicine for his ailing doggo.

So, he took to Twitter to seek help from fellow Twitter users and asked them to help him get the medicine for his dog urgently.

His tweet was soon flooded with helpful responses. Some of them also shared the address of the medical stores and pet shops where he could get the medicine from.

Surya also tweeted later that somebody helped him get the medicines for his dog immediately.

The incident exactly shows how we must come together and help each other in these difficult times. We wish his doggo gets well soon!
