Indian And Russian Soldiers Train Together And Show Proof Of Their Strong Friendship

A kick-ass bilateral military exercise programme between the Indian and Russian Army is taking place in Rajasthan, named ” Indra-2015″. This exercise is aimed to help both armies to inculcate professional synergy and learn from each other under the UN Mandate for training armies for yet unforeseen terrorist attacks.

Some major parts of training includes yoga and the soldiers are exhibiting excellent affinity to learning it.

Varieties of missions for which the soldiers/cadets are to be trained for are joint planning, search and rescue, joint tactical drills and special arms skills in two phases ‘Combat conditioning and tactical training’ and ‘validation’.

The INDRA Series was launched in 2003 and the collaboration has been showing exceptional success throughout the years.

This looks like a great objective and hope that both armies have a great take away from “Indra- 2015”. Here’s hoping the relations between the two nations always remain strong.
