If you’re a cricket fan (duh, who isn’t?), chances are you know that the men in blue have already left for their 56-day South Africa tour. In fact, I can bet that you are cheering for as many wins of the three Tests, six ODIs and three T20s the team will play against SA.
But just in case I’m wrong, let me tell you it’s the same tour on the onset of which skipper Virat Kohli was asked if it’d be difficult for him to play his form post-marriage with Anushka Sharma like its some injury!
We have nothing to prove: @imVkohli talks tough ahead of South Africa tour #INDvSAhttps://t.co/KHTtIlpV8t pic.twitter.com/2gJBuheuGZ

No, this isn’t just another premise to talk about #Virushka…
Instead, we are here for another start performer, Shikhar Dhawan and the ordeal his family had to go through ahead of the tour.
As it turns out, India’s opening batsman was left furious after his wife Aesha and kids weren’t allowed to board an Emirates plane during transit for a miscommunication. He then took to Twitter to blast the airline and wrote,
1/2.Absolutely unprofessional from @emirates. Was on my way 2 SA with my fam & was told tht my wife and kids can't board the flight from Dubai to SA. Was asked to produce birth certificates & other documents fr my kids at the airport which we obviously didn't have at that moment.

He was even upset with the way the airline staff treated them and the entire situation.
2/2.They are now at Dubai airport waiting for the documents to arrive. Why didn't @emirates notify about such a situation when we were boarding the plane from Mumbai? One of the emirates' employee was being rude for no reason at all.

However, after his tweet, Emirates has tweeted, apologising and insisting Shikhar to talk in ‘private.’
We're sorry to hear this, Shikhar. We'd like to find out more on a private message. Please include your booking reference or e-ticket numbers starting in 176. https://t.co/67ooSY3Pnf

It is certain that the documents were mandatory but like the cricketer said, this additional requirement should have been notified earlier before and during transit.
