For those of us who have grown up watching TV serials, Ram Kapoor has been a massive part of our lives. From Kasam Se, Bade Acche Lagte Hai, and then later on in Student of the Year, Shaadi Ke Side Effects and others, the man has been a terrific actor irrespective of big or small roles and has always made us laugh with his wit and root for his characters.
Now, whenever we think of Ram Kapoor, we always think of this tall and chubby man in a suit playing the part of a quintessential middle-aged high society husband.
However, nearly 2 years back, Ram Kapoor had taken to Twitter to post pictures of him working out in the gym. That’s right, he had started working out. In the pictures, we could see him growing some muscles, but there wasn’t any drastic change in his appearance. Hence, we quite forgot about it.

Cut to 2019, the man is UNRECOGNISABLE! Ram Kapoor recently posted pictures of himself on Instagram captioned “Wassssup peeps!! Long time no see” and seems like his gym-time finally paid off. Have a look:

However, these weren’t the only pictures he posted of himself. On public demand, he later went on to post a full before-after weightloss album and the change is unbelievable!
Not to lose my head over this but, WHAT?!
