Speaking about the priceless episode in a recent interview, the American singer shed light on exactly how he pulled it off. According to the 25-year-old, he went down on his knees to ask the Baywatch actress if she would make him the happiest person in the world by accepting his marriage proposal.

““I got down on one knee, again, and I said: Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me? No joke—she took about 45 seconds. Forty-five seconds of silence.”

Nick added that Priyanka was taken by surprise by his sudden move and went silent for about 45 seconds. The charming musician quickly followed it up by putting a ring on her finger to which, she obliged.

“I’m going to put this ring on your finger now unless you have any objections.”

Well done, Nick. That’s some way to win over the ‘Desi Girl’.
